Hi, my name is Alicia. 

Amongst many things- I am goofy, silly, passionate, and fierce.

I believe in laughter,  joy, community, adventure, exploration, compassion, empathy, and love.   

I am here to guide others to shift their perspective, cultivate inner power, and teach how to spark and sustain the fires of self expression. 

Energy work and yoga have been a passion of mine for over a decade. Over the years I have expanded my knowledge with workshops, travel, courses, and other certifications to evolve and deepen my practices.
